		Q. How far in advance should I book an appointment for services ? A. It depends. If you need your hair done for a specific occasion, on a specific date, the sooner you book the better. Generally, six months advance booking is a recommended timeline for date certain occasions. This is especially important if your special day falls on a Saturday. (Some of our clients will book up to a year in advance.) If you don't have the luxury of time, give us a call and we will work to meet your needs if we can. If we are unable to provide our services, we will refer you to someone else that may be able to help. If you have a hair emergency that needs immediate attention, we will do our very best to get you help as soon as possible. Q. What are your hours of operation ? A. Our hours of operation are dependant on bookings. Monday and Wednesday evenings are generally set aside for personal consultations. Most consultations and services are by appointment only. Q. What may I expect to pay for your services ? A. Prices vary depending on several factors. Factors include but are not limited to: the type of beauty service requested, location where beauty services are performed (e.g. in salon or at an on-site location), and number in your party. Q. Does your shop have experience with ethnic hair ? A. Yes. Q. I had a bad hair coloring experience, can you help ? A. Yes, we can. One of our specialties is fixing other people's mistakes. We have years of experience in corrective services.
